We want you to be happy with our products! Please contact us at customer@earthangelsoaps.com with any issues. We are here to help! Due to the nature of our handcrafted products we do not accept returns on products that are not defective due to our error. If you have received the wrong products in a shipment please contact us. 

If you have a defective product, please contact us within 30 days to receive a returns authorization number. No returns or exchanges will be excepted without an RMA number. We only accept returns of products purchased directly from earthangelsoaps.com.

Once we have received your request, we will send an email response. We will then ship a replacement once we have received your defective product. If a refund of funds has been decided as the best course of action, the funds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7 business days (shipping or handling fees are non-refundable). 

You will be responsible for shipping any items back to us with tracking at your cost. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns after 30 days after delivery date. If a returns authorization number has been given and product(s) have not been returned to Rume Naturals within 7 business days (or there has been an exception to the shipment that is listed in tracking information) the Return case will be considered closed and no action will be taken on our part.

Please note: Jewelry, Body Butters, and Gift Boxes may not be returned or exchanged. If there is a problem with these items please contact us.

Special Message for Jewelry: If you have purchased from our "Joyful Creations" line of jewelry, your purchase may be eligible for return, resizing, and or replacement, depending on the piece purchased and if there were any additional warranty purchases attached to your order.

Please place your RMA Number inside the box and pack items to be returned well. We will not be responsible for items damaged that were not packed appropriately.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please double check your credit card or bank. Sometimes there is a lag in processing time with posting refunds. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
